Upon receiving of un- common ADR from affected person , our department review the product development & its ingredients then forward it to the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) & then DRAP forward it to the National Institute of Health (NIH), which further forward it to the Uppsala Monitoring Center for investigation of that Adverse effect.
